Excellent place for exploring Noto. The hotel was clean with particularly good and excellent location and beautiful rooms. Centrally located to aan excellent Siciliaan restaurant. Right by the elegant town centre which features many fascinating buildings as depicted in the advertising for Le tre Rose Di Maria and Le tre Rose Di Maria and the historic center. Exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, TV set, and a refrigerator. Excellent staff, free breakfast with marmalade of rocotto cheese and tasty croissants, as example.

We stayed in a new room with a charming breakfast provided by Tony, and there was a balcony; the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The units were spotlessly clean with a balcony. Nice touch to have central heating, iron/ironing board, and a work desk.

Great location near the old part of town, just a short 5-minute stroll from the main city gate. the room is big and cozy, and they serve up a delightful breakfast. Plus, there's a lovely balcony and a terrace to chill out on. 🌿

my recent stay at a b&b in noto was amazing! it was my birthday and le tre rose di maria really made it special. the owner was so friendly and even made me a delicious breakfast. the room was comfortable and had a new kitchen and bathroom. exceeded my expectations!

Wifi was spotty.

We loved our stay at this BnB! the room, the Giulia, was spacious and immaculately clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed sipping our cappuccinos on the lovely balcony area. the location of the BnB is also great, with a bustling fruit and vegetable shop just across the street where we could try delicious Sicilian produce. We would definitely come back and recommend this BnB to others.

We felt super comfortable during our stay and have no complaints whatsoever.

The host was very attentive and provided us with unexpected breakfast. the location was within walking distance to the center and allowed us to save money for dining in nearby restaurants.

The wifi did not work, but the staff seemed helpful and would have fixed it if asked. the room did not have a mirror in the bedroom or entry room, which would have been convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at Le Tre Rose Di Maria B&B in Noto. Our purpose of travel was to explore the historical center, and the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away. The fully functional kitchen with a stocked fridge and fruit bowl made us feel so cared for. The washing machine and drying racks on the terrace were a great convenience. Tony, our host, was incredibly helpful, even going the extra mile to help us buy Moka pots to take home. This has been our favorite property throughout our 3-week trip in Sicily, and we look forward to returning next year.

Lovely bright apartment, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful balcony, comfortable bed, clean and new bathroom, helpful and kind owner.

The hotel is located in a residential area to the west of the historic center, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the bustling tourist areas. Guests can easily access an excellent Sicilian restaurant nearby and explore the elegant town center with its fascinating buildings as depicted in the advertising for the hotel. The rooms are impeccably clean, and guests can enjoy a comfortable sleep with air conditioning that doesn't point directly at the head.

The hotel only accepts cash payments, which may inconvenience some guests who prefer to pay with a card.
